We’re stepping closer day by day to start a new chapter of music with all the Kpop comebacks in July 2023 that are headed our way. June gave us many well-deserved treats in the form of solo debuts, 5th generations rookies’ releases, and the industry’s veterans coming back after a long break to serves with some of the greatest hits in a while.
The upcoming month is about to unravel yet another calendar full of gifts we can’t refuse. Listed below are Kpop comebacks of July 2023 featuring many K-pop artists’s Japanese comebacks and some well-awaited group debuts along with album premieres that our ears have been longing for. With another month of tunes that has no plans of disappointing, our playlists are about to be loaded with some new incoming traffic, and here’s what we can look forward to.

ITZY Bet On Me MV Release at 12AM KST

SEVENTEEN Jun – Digital Single Psycho
The song, releasing at 1AM KST, is likely to be accompanied by a music video also. His group is also coming back with another Japanese album titled Always Yours on August 23, 2023.
JULY 5
KISS OF LIFE Debut – 1st Mini Album KISS OF LIFE
Debuting under S2 Entertainment, KISS OF LIFE is a 4-member girl group including Julie Han, Natty, Belle, and Haneul.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER – 2nd Japanese Album SWEET
Following up on their 1st Japanese EP Chaotic Wonderland, SWEET is their next Japanese slated for the next month’s calendar. They’re also expected to release a digital single in July 2023, which will be topped off by a comeback as well. The HYBE Labels boy group will also be headlining 2023 Lollapalooza Chicago in August too.
CRAVITY – Debut Japanese Single Groovy
Groovy was originally the titular track off CRAVITY’s 5th EP Master: Piece, but now its follow-up Japanese version will be dropping as the group’s first Japan debut single in July. The Starship Entertainment boy group is also included in the lineup for KCON LA 2023, scheduled as a three-day event this August.
JULY 7
NewJeans Pre-release Premiere Followed by Comeback
Korean news outlets spread the word in May 2023 that the HYBE Labels girl group will be releasing a pre-release single in July, and their following comeback will drop in the same month later. The speculations were later confirmed by the entertainment label as well, however, the comeback date has been announced yet.

JULY 10
EXO EXIST – 7th Full Album
Coming back after a long wait, the legendary SM Entertainment group has a lot on their plate to deal with on all fronts this summer. Yet, they’re finally reeling in a new era of musical showcases for their fans this July. The pre-release track and music video of Let Me In had already releases on June 12, 2023. As per the scheduler linked below, their next MV, titled Hear Me Out will drop on Jun 30, 2023, at 6PM KST, and the album itself will be available for streaming on July 10, 2023.
ZEROBASEONE Debut – The 1st Mini Album Youth in Shade
After the finalisation of the last 9 members on the survival reality completion show Boys Planets, Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Sung Han-bin, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu-vin, Park Gun-wook and Han Yu-jin are ready to debut as music stars this July. KCON Japan had offered us a mere sneak peek of the album up next from the rookie 5th generation group, but the true looks of their abilities will only be known to the general public upon the release of their first ever musical piece on July 10.

For those who’re still confused with this news, Broken Melodies isn’t 7Dream’s new album name, rather its the pre-release single’s title that’s dropping on June 19, 2023. The album, on the other hand, is called ISTJ, and is likely to feature the group’s signature coming-of-age concept. Their 3rd full album after Hot Sauce and Glitch Mode is releasing on July 17, 2023.

FIFTY FIFTY Barbie Soundtrack
NewJeans Get Up – 2nd EP
Pre-release track will be out on July 7, 2023, whereas the album will be released two weeks later. The new album is set to have 6 tracks – New Jeans, Super Shy, ETA, Cool With You, Get Up, and ASAP. The NewJeans track will set down the prologue of the album and will feature a music video in collaboration with the popular cartoon Powerpuff Girls, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. There will triple title tracks for this comeback – Super Shy, ETA and Cool With You. Additionally, all 6 songs on the 2nd EP will be accompanied by a supporting MV.

The duo will also be headlining music festivals like the Krazy K-pop Super Concert and KAMP FEST CDMX in August 2023.

TWICE MISAMO Masterpiece – 1st Japanese Mini Album
To be led by the title track Do Not Touch, whereas Marshmallow MV pre-released on June 16, 2023. MISAMO is TWICE’s first subunit that consists of Mina, Sana and Momo.

ITZY KILL MY DOUBT – 6th Mini Album
Slated for its release during the usual 6PM KST slot, along with the CAKE MV, the JYP Entertainment girl group’s new comeback will feature 3 music video premieres – Bet On Me, CAKE (title track) and None of My Business.
