KCON LA 2024 Host
For KCON LA 2024, which is set to be a highlight of the weekend, the M Countdown stage will feature a stellar lineup of hosts. On Friday, July 26, former SF9 member Rowoon will bring his charismatic presence to the event. The following night, Saturday, July 27, Jeon Somi will enchant the audience with her vibrant energy. Finally, on Sunday, July 28, actor Kim Soo-hyun will take over as host, promising to deliver an unforgettable conclusion to the festival with his exceptional talent and captivating stage presence.
KCON LA Special Fan Meetings
This year’s KCON is set to feature an exciting addition with a special fan meetings segment, showcasing two remarkable actors who have graced us with exceptional performances in two of the most captivating dramas of the first half of 2024. Park Min-young, renowned for her role in Marry My Husband, will make a highly anticipated appearance at the LA Convention Center South Hall on Saturday, July 27, giving her fans a chance to connect with her up close.
The following day, Saturday, July 28, will see Kim Soo-hyun, celebrated for his outstanding portrayal in Queen of Tears, take centre stage for a memorable meet and greet event. This unique opportunity allows fans to engage directly with these talented stars and celebrate their contributions to the world of drama.
2024 KCON LA: When and Where to Watch!
KCON LA 2024 is set to make a historic debut as its mainstage will be broadcast live on The CW for the first time. Although the event spans three days from Friday to Sunday, only the final day’s main performance on July 28 will be available for live viewing on this American TV channel. U.S. audiences can tune in at 8 PM PT/ET to catch the action. For viewers outside the U.S., the festival’s mainstage can be accessed through MCountdown and its re-streaming available on Mnet K-pop and KCON’s official YouTube channels.
Additional special content, including the Red Carpet event and Meet & Greet, will be offered through Video On Demand. To access this content, an “All Access” membership is required. In the Philippines, fans can watch the MCountdown stage and other VOD services exclusively on BlastTV, as YouTube’s paid content is not available there. The live stream will feature English and Japanese subtitles. To get the memberships, viewers should subscribe to the KCON official channel, while Mnet K-pop’s channel offers access under the KCON membership.
