As the third edition among the annual convention series being held this year across global location, KCON LA 2023 is soon going to unfold a roster of trailblazing special performances and stages you won’t be able to turn a blind eye to. K-pop artists from various entertainment labels will be stepping on to the spectacular KCON stage for numerous programs like the main performance segment, Meet and Greet that will allow fans to be in close proximity with their idols and now the newly introduced signature event, SHOWCASE: NICE TO MEET U.
To be held at the Crypto.com Arena and Los Angeles Convention Center the no. 1 K-Culture festival will bring about three days of festivities with artists and groups like Stray Kids, IVE, Taemin, Taeyong, ZEROBASEONE, Kep1er and more present at the centre of this annual attraction for K-culture enthusiasts. Earlier this year, Japan and Thailand have already held down the fort as 2023’s venues, and now Los Angeles (overall 11th anniversary of the music fest) will soon be added to this calendar of memories as well.
KCON LA 2023 Hosts
We have three different leading MCs for each day of the music festival program. Day 1 will be guided by IVE Wonyoung, while Day 2 will be hosted by the K-pop veteran legend RAIN, and lastly, Day 3 will be helmed by Stray Kids Bang Chan.
2023 KCON LA: When and Where to Watch!
The three-day event will kick off on August 18, 2023, with separation show, meet and greet, convention and showcase lineup for each day to follow till August 20. For international viewers tuning in online, special membership subscribers will be able to watch the event’s live streaming on the KCON official YouTube channel of Mnet K-pop. Japanese viewers can tune into the Mnet Smart+ app, a video distribution service, whereas, Korean audience can watch the same via TVING, A South Korean online streaming service.
The Day 1 main show event will start streaming on YouTube at 8 PM PDT on August 18, 2023, or 12 PM KST on August 19, or 8:30 AM IST on August 19. Day 2’s show will commence 8 PM PDT on August 19, 2023, or 12 PM KST on August 20, or 8:30 AM IST on August 20. Finally, the last and third day’s main performance lineup will begin at 8 PM PDT on August 20, or 12 PM KST on August 21, or 8:30 AM IST on August 21. Even if you don’t have the membership subscription, then you can wait for the individual performances to be uploaded on the YouTube channel a bit later.

Day 1 (August 18, Friday): CRAVITY, IVE, NMIXX, MONSTA X’s sub-unit SHOWNU X HYUNGWON, Taemin, NCT Taeyong and WayV. Special stages by NCT U (Ten and Taeyong) and NMIXX.
Day 2 (August 19, Saturday): ATEEZ, INI, Kep1er, RAIN, XG, xikers and ZEROBASEONE (ZB1). Special stages by Kep1er, XG and xikers.
Day 3 (August 20, Sunday): EVERGLOW, (G)I-DLE, ITZY, JO1, Lapillus, Stray Kids and THE BOYZ. Special stages by JO1 and THE BOYZ’s subunit premiere performance.
