Seo-jin buys some time for the overwhelmed duo by engaging in light conversations with the customers, attempting to distract them and ease the pressure in the kitchen. Despite his efforts, the struggle in the kitchen is palpable. The restaurant sees a diverse mix of ethnicities, all eager to try the unique dishes, and everyone leaves in awe of the food. The first half of the episode focuses on lunchtime, showcasing the customers’ reactions as they savor their meals. Positive comments flow freely, with many customers expressing their contentment by ordering more dishes.

Interestingly, many Koreans residing in Iceland also visit the restaurant, finding comfort and a sense of home in the familiar flavors. As Woo-shik and Min-si continue to cook rapidly, they notice they are slowly running out of rice, a critical ingredient. Min-si, displaying her incredible speed and quick thinking, starts cooking more rice. Just in time, the rice finishes cooking, ensuring they do not run out of any ingredients. With the first shift over, the team takes a brief respite before diving back into preparation for the dinner service.

Min-si, who hasn’t taken a water break all day, finally quenches her thirst with some well-deserved beer. Even after the restaurant closes and Seo-jin encourages his team to rest, they continue preparing ingredients for the next day. This episode is a blend of intrigue and hilarity. The team’s coordination and mutual support are evident as they navigate the challenges of a packed restaurant. The diverse crowd, the unexpected rush, and the seamless handling of the situation highlight the team’s professionalism and adaptability.

Looking ahead to the next episode, Yu-mi is set to take charge of the kitchen alongside Go Min-si. As a veteran chef, Yu-mi is expected to handle the pressure differently from Woo-shik. However, considering the massive crowds in Iceland, much larger than those seen in Jinny’s Kitchen Season 1, even Yu-mi might face moments of anxiety while cooking constantly and rapidly. The anticipation builds as viewers wonder how the team will handle the continuing influx of customers and maintain their high standards of service and food quality.
