After a long wait, the much-awaited Jawan Prevue is now out. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani and others. Directed by Atlee Kumar, the action thriller is one of the biggest releases of 2023. It’s SRK’s second release of the year after Pathaan. The teaser was dropped in 2022, and last week, the superstar shared a motion poster that added more to the excitement.
In one of the posters dropped months ago, SRK was covered completely in bandages. In the teaser, too, his face is partially covered in bandages, and so are his hands. In the end, his evil laugh manages to give us all goosebumps. Well, Jawan Prevue has finally given us some idea of why he is the way he is. The power-packed trailer will definitely make you impatient to watch the movie on the big screen.
For the movie, SRK donned various looks. You will be surprised to see what he looks like in the end. Khan has given an intense voiceover, putting forward many crucial questions – Who is he, and who is he not? He’s a promise made to his mother or an unfinished motive. Is he good or bad?
There’s a lot happening on screen; there’s action, fight, lots of chaos and an amazing score playing in the background. While Atlee is known for his thrilling action scenes, seeing SRK taking it a top-notch higher is super exciting. Yes, the rumours are true. Deepika Padukone is a part of Jawan, and she’s kicking some a$$ too. Vijay Sethupathi is also a part of the action thriller. We aren’t given much idea about what he will be doing. But the secrecy will add more curiosity to watch the film.

SRK shared the trailer on his social media and captioned it, “Main kaun hoon, kaun nahin, jaanne ke liye, READY AH?”

Jawan will release in cinemas on September 7, 2023. It was early scheduled to release on June 2 but was postponed due to some pending post-production work. The film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. The music is produced by the very talented, Anirudh Ravichander.
