Jack Ryan Season 4 Episode 1 and 2 Reactions: John Krasinski’s Send-Off Unleashes Bittersweet Feelings on Twitter

The John Krasinski starrer is back for its fourth and final season (the first 2 episodes have dropped), Jack Ryan Season 4 Episode 1 and 2 reactions have already taken over Twitter. It’s only natural because this will be Ryan’s send-off and it might just get a bit emotional. Have you seen the episodes yet? Well if you haven’t, these reactions are sure to pump you up even more.

Amazon Prime Video’s Jack Ryan Season 4 sees the return of John Krasinski as Jack Ryan, Wendell Pierce as James Greer, Michael Kelly as Mike November, Betty Gabriel as Elizabeth Wright, and Abbie Cornish as Cathy Mueller (returning after a 2-season hiatus). New members of the cast include Michael Peña as Domingo Chavez and Louis Ozawa as Chao Fah Sein. The first two episodes are of 60 minutes and 52 minutes approx. respectively.

Jack Ryan Season 4 Episode 1 and 2 Summary

An assassination. A Mexican cartel. A Burmese Triad. A destructive operation that has roots in Washington. A protective father. A revengeful soldier. A lot at stake and it’s all pinned against Jack’s career. He will have to race against time again to prevent a threat to the country’s security and try his best to not compromise the CIA’s credibility. Which one will he go for first?

The first two episodes of Jack Ryan Season 4 raise the stakes pretty quickly. While the previous seasons were steady while revealing just how dangerous things were, this season makes the threat clear very quickly. Now it is upto Jack and Greer to find the truth that lurks beneath the conspiracy that threatens the very security of their country. More things will come to light. More shocking truths will be revealed. Things will get worse before they can get better. Can Ryan pull it off in what is apparently his last mission?

The Twitter reactions to the new season prove that people had been waiting with a lot of patience for Jack to return to OTT screens. Some are pulling out facts from fiction while others are just glad to see Jack trying to prevent another massacre. And finally, there are those who are sad that this will be Jack’s last outing. Take a look.

Personally speaking, the show is one of the few shows all of whose seasons I’ve found almost equally compelling. This is a rarity. And when I see people sharing my opinion, I feel so much happier than I am to have got another season to binge. The only thing I do not like is to wait for the next episodes to arrive. Do you find this wait exciting? Or would you rather have all the episodes at once? either way, it’s great to have Jack back.

Jack Ryan Season 4 Episode 1 and 2 Reactions

All these reactions only stress the fact that Jack Ryan is undoubtedly one of the most popular shows on OTT. You can love it, you can hate it, but you cannot ignore it. With the first season, the show has cemented its reputation as a true-to-form political thriller that traverses the globe. And it’s just sad that this season is going to be the last. But don’t despair, as spin-offs are on the way.
