Young Famous and African Season 2: Returning with the same cast and some new people, the reality TV show has more stories and secrets this time. Apart from these factors, the downside of the show is the number of irritating moments that gave me a headache. So many questions popped into my mind after watching season 2, where unnecessary drama and unwanted gossiping happened.
Among that sack full of ick moments, here are 8 of the most embarrassing scenes that will make one sigh.
8 Irritating Moments from Young Famous and African Season 2
Andile and His Babies’ Mommas
Topping the list, Andile Ncube inviting both his ex-wives to his new crush’s birthday party is the anger-invoking moment. Which sane person would do that knowing that fact the ladies aren’t going to be happy looking at each other? Andile even made a point that he did this move to sort out the disagreements between the wives. Is he joking? If he really meant that, he should have invited them somewhere out instead of asking them to come to Zari’s birthday. Zari disliked the ladies’ presence because she knew they will cause drama, and they did.
Swanky Disrespecting Annie
Swanky’s fashion statement is his upside, but his attitude got to be thrown in the trash can. After watching the season, it’s clear that Swanky is the one who broke Annie’s trust however, he pretends as the victim. Nevertheless, in the very first episode, he greets everyone except Annie, causing everyone to glance at the woman. Annie is the mother of teenagers, and she doesn’t deserve such a man-child attitude.
Khanyi Cussing at Annie and Andile in Front of Everyone
Khanyi understood that Annie and Swanky Jerry have beef between them. Likewise, Andile and Diamond’s friendship is also disturbed due to the fact that Andile is flirting with Zari, the mother of Diamond’s kids. As these four are the reason why the gang is encountering drama (typically), Khanyi believed that she can find a way to sort it out. She was wrong, though. When the gang gathered once again with newbies like Luis, Khanyi cussed at them. This triggered Andile and Annie since Khanyi used the F-word in public.
Fantana Yelling at Zari for Diamond
Girl, first of all, you’re new to the gang so you should have tried to understand people. Second of all, you know Diamond and Zari are going to be close forever because they share kids. Despite knowing all the facts about Diamond, why are you siding with him and fighting with another woman? Fantana’s actions at the pub where she yells at Zari are absolutely pointless. Her choice of words really cuts deep. This is the only spot where I felt bad for Zari.

Bonang’s Fight With Luis
Bonang is another new face who was introduced by Swanky. She isn’t a stranger to the gang since she’s famous as well the ex-girlfriend of Nadia’s boyfriend. To mention, Nadia and Bonang were best friends long back. When Bonang argued with Luis, she caused a huge problem leaving Swanky burst at anyone who talks about Bonang. She also left the friends group stating that nobody likes her. Did she really tried to befriend or simply went around meeting some of the members, only to gossip and sip tea? C’mon, girl.
Diamond Trying to Control Who Zari Meets
Diamond and Zari’s romance dissolved long back. But the way he tries to control who Zari dates pissed me off. Diamond has a girlfriend, and yet he hooked up with Fantana. He also lied to her, stating he is single while clearly on his Instagram, he has posts with a model who he claims is his partner. While he has all fun, he always gets furious when Zari tries to make her way with Andile. What logic is this? Personally, this is one of the most irritating Young Famous and African Season 2 Moments!
Annie and Swanky Reconciling
Purely annoying. Firstly, the conversation between them felt so fake. Secondly, the hug they shared at the end wasn’t earnest. If friends have had a huge gap in their relationship and called it quits, it is best to sort out and take it slow. But these two glued instantly, and that felt so dramatic. Moreover, Andile playing as the good guy gave me chills. O boy, first go deal with your wives because you’ve been triggering their feelings with all the sweet talks.
Naked’s Fake Proposal
Can someone teach this man common sense? Who will do a mock proposal to check whether their partner would accept to marry if, in the future, they kneel down for real? This man did. Kayleigh is such a sweetheart, and Naked treated her poorly. When he confessed and asked her to marry him during the hike, she was so excited and said yes. However, he didn’t give her a ring since it was mere practice. Later he regretted and prepared a romantic dinner with her, but will that cover up the fact he tested her with a fake proposal?
