Singer-actor Harry Styles cancelled his Copenhagen concert after a mass shooting near the venue on Sunday. The shooting occurred at Field’s shopping mall in the capital city of Denmark. The shooter killed 3 people, and several others were injured. Styles shared in a post that he’s heartbroken and devastated by such an unfortunate incident.
The As it Was singer was supposed to perform at the Royal Arena, not far from the mall. On Twitter, Harry shared, “I’m heartbroken along with the people of Copenhagen. I adore this city. The people are so warm and full of love.”
“I’m devastated for the victims, their families, and everyone hurting. I’m sorry we couldn’t be together. Please look after each other. H,” Harry Styles wrote.
Styles also posted on Snapchat, “My team and I pray for everyone involved in the Copenhagen shopping mall shooting. I am shocked. Love H”.
As per the reports, the shooter is a 22-year-old man and is now arrested by the cops. The police have said that the gunman’s motive isn’t known yet; hence, it couldn’t be ruled out as an ‘act of terrorism’.

In the reply section of Harry Styles’ tweet about the Copenhagen shooting, fans tweeted that cancelling the concert was the right decision. One person replied, “It was the right thing to do it wasn’t safe… I wish I could see you in Copenhagen But it was to dangerous hope I see you next time. Sending you all the love from Denmark.”
Another fan tweeted, “I’m heartbroken for every victim and the fans as well, but cancelling the show was for the best. Please everyone stay safe .
