The official trailer for the show describes the plot as: “Inspired by R.L. Stine’s worldwide bestselling book series, “Goosebumps” follows a group of five high schoolers as they embark on a shadowy and twisted journey to investigate the tragic passing three decades earlier of a teen named Harold Biddle – while also unearthing dark secrets from their parents’ past.” Similar to the books and the older adaptations we will have the young people hunt for ghosts that will lead them on a horror road. However, owning up to the genre, it is going to be filled with elements of comedy and laughter.
