The trailer description for the upcoming season reads: “Formula 1’s teams have rebuilt their vehicles from the ground up for a thrilling 2022 season, and this year’s championships are anyone’s to win. Offering unprecedented access, this season will once again take fans behind the scenes, to witness first-hand how the drivers and teams prepare to battle it out for victory in one of the sport’s most dramatic seasons to date.”
Formula 1 Drive to Survive Season 5 will cover the 2022 Formula One World Championship. It will walk us through the complexities of Scuderia Ferrari, Mercedes W13, McLaren and More. From Red Bull to win the Monaco Grand Prix, the season will show us all the trials and tribulations of the 2022 championship.

The fifth season is scheduled to arrive on Netflix on February 24, 2023. It will have a total of ten episodes, each with a runtime of 30-50 minutes.
