Erika Kirk’s WWE-Style Entrance for Trump at Arizona TPUSA Event Ignites Online Fury

Erika Kirk drew backlash for canceling her appearance at a TPUSA event in Georgia, where she was slated to share the stage with then-Vice President JD Vance. Kirk cited security concerns, but the Secret Service later said no threats were detected, allowing Vance to attend.

Setting that aside, Kirk appeared at a TPUSA event in Arizona on Friday, according to the Independent, where she opened for President Donald Trump. Held ahead of the 2026 midterm elections, the rally aimed to rally young conservatives to vote Republican amid declining youth support for Trump.

Speculation persists that low ticket sales—not security—kept Erika from Georgia. Her Arizona entrance, however, renewed controversy. Kirk has a history of flashy event entrances that have drawn prior criticism; this one joined the list.

X users quickly noticed. One shared video of the entrance captioned, “WATCH: Here was Erika Kirk making her WWE-style entrance yesterday! Does she look like the grieving widow?”

Replies included: “When has a financier of a ‘murder for hire’ conspiracy ever grieved?”; “No. But she does look like she’s slowly morphing into JD Vance.”; insults calling her and associate Peter Thiel “silly jokes” no one takes seriously; “She’s loving the HELL out of widowhood.”; and “To be fair, most women would celebrate no longer being married to Charlie Kirk.”; plus “[Erika] couldn’t wait to grift off her racist, bigoted dead husband.”

The video spread widely on TikTok, too, with users calling it satire. Comments: “Coming out to a WWE entrance is crazy.”; “Why is the music so ominous and weird?”; “I was expecting this to be a skit!”

Facing ongoing criticism for her public appearances, Kirk has yet to explain the Arizona entrance.
