Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness: Is This New Scarlet Witch Logo?

The premise of the upcoming MCU film titled Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is tightly under wraps, but some new details hint towards the involvement of the Scarlet Witch. As for now, we are surely going to see Dr. Strange in action for the new Spider-man movie Spider-Man: No Way Home, after which he will return to his own franchise.

However, what we do know about the upcoming Doctor Strange movie is the involvement of the iconic Scarlet Witch. Her presence is going to influence the plot of the upcoming MCU film as she will be placed opposite Strange. We say this due to some reveals done by the crew members of the film.

Scarlet Witch’s New Logo

Few beanies were handed over to the stunt team of the film surfaced online flaunting the film’s logo. The beanies feature a new Scarlet Witch logo that seems to be intertwined with that of Doctor Strange’s.

Strange’s logo is the main circle window on the roof of the Sanctum Sanctorum whereas the tendrils can be of the Scarlet Witch headdress which is wrapped around the several Sanctum window panes.

Meanwhile, the actress who plays the role, Elizabeth Olsen notes how she thinks the character is a criminal amidst the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

During the recent episode of Little Gold Men, a podcast by Vanity Fair, Olsen said: “Like, she just did something that makes her a criminal. So, in my mind, the next step in her life is this new sense of identity, of knowing the acts that she committed and her own accountability of it.”

“All these big trucks are coming in and all these military men and women are coming into assess the situation, and she flies away, like, she needs to escape, or she’s going to get in trouble, and she doesn’t wanna get in trouble. And so she went away with her grief and her shame and is now… I didn’t think of her as… I don’t think of her being in that home in the tag, she is at peace but she now, for the rest of her life, hiding.”

As for Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness, the film is going to come out in theatres on March 25, 2022.
