Commando Series Ending Explained: Directed, written and created by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, who has also produced the Commando franchise (starring Vidyut Jammwal) as well as the Force franchise (starring John Abraham), this action-thriller TV series stars Prem Parija, Amit Sial, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Adah Sharma, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Mukesh Chhabra, Shreya Chaudhary, Shaji Chaudhary and others. Commando Plot
When a top-secret covert mission in Pakistan goes awry, and his best friend Kshitij gets caught, Commando Virat decides to extract him right from the jaws of the beast. With international tensions rising between India and Pakistan, Virat must race against time to save his friend and save the face of his country as the world watches on.
Commando Series Ending Explained
How did Kshitij get captured?
When the series starts, we see a top-secret lab in Pakistan, under the command of Jaffer, creating a bioweapon to bring India to its knees. Kshitij, personnel of the Indian Army, is undercover as a lab worker there and, after seeing first-hand what the virus is capable of, gives out information about how Jaffer has decided to distribute it so as to stop it from harming the nation. Virat, thanks to his friend’s information, is able to stop the truck containing the poison but warns Kshitij to leave the lab because Jaffer will be aware that there is a mole in the team.
However, Kshitij refuses to listen to him and goes back to the lab in order to destroy it. Of course, his identity is exposed, and he is captured by the Pakistani army and tortured for information. Thankfully, before this, he is able to change the password of the lab in order for it to stop functioning without the pendrive, which he discreetly planted on one of the other workers.
Was there a mole in the Indian operation?
Yes, there was. The fact that Jaffer got to know everything beforehand and was able to plan everything before it happened was because there was a mole in the Indian army, who turns out to be Smita. She is a part of the Pakistani team, although it seems like Jaffer doesn’t know her real identity. She faked the attack on her in the hospital by Jaffer’s men and has been sabotaging everything behind everyone’s backs.
Did the Indian Army catch the mole?
They haven’t yet, but considering the series ends on a cliffhanger for now, it seems like things are going to get heated up if there are any more episodes.
Did Virat rescue Kshitij?
With the help of his teammates, Virat gets Kshitij out of the prison and is almost able to run off with him but is caught by Jaffer. He takes them inside the prison once more, and then Virat gets into a fight with a select few prisoners. Of course, he wins the fight and, thanks to Bhavna, captures Jaffer as well. It’s a big win for the Indian team, and everyone celebrates with a beer while looking at the mountains. However, Virat reminds everyone that the war isn’t over yet, and they have much more difficult tasks ahead of them.
