Will There Be Captivating the King Season 2?

There are still various storylines incomplete and there are chances of another season. We don’t know why Hee-soo’s father hasn’t returned despite the death of Prince Rui. It’s been almost 4 years since he was captivated but yet not much update on him except for his well being. Will the King and Hee-soo marry or will she keep pretneding as Mong-woo and continue her works? Why isn’t she living as a woman that she is? Queen Dowager can’t be this silent given her son is about to dethrone and give the power to the Crown Prince.

Though all these questions are present, season 1 ended on a happy note and has good closure. So far no official news about season 2 is out but when it comes, we’ll be the first one to let you know.
