She officially made these records solely with the release of her debut solo album.
However, that is not all; she holds four more records, including being the first K-pop solo artist to win the MTV Music Awards and MTV Europe Music Awards for Best K-pop Video in 2022. Besides setting records for her solo songs, the artist also earns the title of having the most followers on Instagram for a K-pop idol. Moreover, BLACKPINK won the Best Metaverse Performance Award for the song Ready For Love at the EMAs in 2022, which makes the group hold another Guinness World Record for being the first winner under the category.
Nevertheless, the singer maintains to present herself with humility and constantly shows gratitude for her fans and group mates.
