Bitch x Rich Season 2 Episode 7 Recap
The episode opens with Je-na being accused of using drugs and asked to provide hair and blood samples. She is beyond herself with anger, while Hae-in asks Yul-hee to delete the video that she has of her, but, of course, she refuses. Meanwhile, Hye-in walks in on Yul-hee coming on to Jin-wook, although she doesn’t see him rejecting her advances. Jin-wook is amused by Yul-hee’s knowledge, and she asks him to choose well, considering Hanmyeon’s current reputation.
Hae-in later asks Hye-in to tell everyone that Yul-hee pushed her, so that she can get rid of her. Hye-in is left shocked by her outburst, and more so when she starts threatening her. In the end, Hye-in promises to handle everything – she will take the necklace to the chairman first and then to the police, and this leaves Hae-in extremely happy.
Elsewhere, Joo-won tells Je-na to get ready to go abroad and realises that her cards have been cancelled. She’s heartbroken and decides to take Hye-in’s help for the night, while Jin-wook is berated by his father, who threatens to sell his mother off if he fails in his mission. For some reason, Bo-seok attacks Hye-in that night as she is on her way to the store, and somehow Sa-rang arrives there like a knight in shining armour to save her from his clutches. The girls have a heartfelt chat that night before falling asleep.
Hye-in also shares her thoughts regarding Woo-jin killing Si-eun, and she tells Je-na that they have to fight against it if they want to survive. Meanwhile, Jin-wook records Min-hee confessing to drugging Je-na and later blackmails her to conclude the drug investigation in exchange for deleting the recording. He instructs him to blame Secretary Hong and promises to take care of her throughout.

As it turns out, Jin-wook did talk to Hong about the entire thing and seems to truly care for Je-na, all said and done. Meanwhile, Hye-in and Sa-rang decide to lure Woo-jin out to catch him red-handed, but in a cruel twist, Yul-hee sends Hye-in her undressing video and tells her that she will control her from now on.
Bitch x Rich Season 2 Episode 7 Review
Despite still being quite lighthearted, I think this episode is quite entertaining, with things happening at lightning speed. Sa-rang popping up everywhere and looking bewildered has become quite funny, and I am beyond having problems with his character seemingly having nothing to do. Either way, I think the complications are getting juicy, and we will have a great time with this in the upcoming episodes.
