SEVENTEEN has just teased the release of their new Japanese album titled Always Yours, and this announcement has caused a storm in the community. The group, which started making music in 2015, consists of thirteen members, including S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. They have also revealed the date when this album will be coming out. So far, there haven’t been any big announcements or group images showing us what kind of album this will be, but if the album cover is any indication, fans can take a gander at it.
This album is said to be an amalgamation of all their best Japanese songs, some unreleased music in the language and some of their Korean songs translated into Japanese versions. So far, the entertainment agency has just asked fans to keep an eye on all the news coming soon for the album. But if this video is any clue, perhaps the album might be more minimalistic to not step on the toes of any genre of songs. Obviously, most of the excitement comes from the fact that this will be a true SEVENTEEN comeback.
While the agency had announced the release of the album today, the Going SEVENTEEN episode has been postponed until tomorrow. In their message, they relay that the show has been delayed because of production issues, and while that might be the case, many assume that the change may have happened because this album was announced today. It has already started trending on the platform, making this whole thing seem like a larger ruse to congregate the fans to their devices.

The pastel colours on the cover, the off-white background and the strong edged-font is giving an extremely clear outlook, while the colours betray that notion to introduce more dreamy aesthetics. While there is no information yet, that hasn’t stopped fans from theorising what songs will be on this compilation album. Their most recently released mini-album, titled FML, is the 10th from their long career and consists of six songs including F*ck My Life, Super, Fire, I Don’t Understand But I Luv You, Dust and April Shower. However, earlier this year, they released a Japanese single titled BETTING, along with Shingo Katori, showing that they also dabble in Japanese music regularly.
