Metallic Rouge, also known as Metarikku Rūju (メタリックルージュ) is an anime series which is an original production by Bones Studio to commemorate their 25 years in the industry. Helmed by director Motonobu Hori, the series composition and chief supervision duties are expertly handled by Yutaka Izubuchi. Toshizo Nemoto takes charge of the screenplay, while the characters are brought to life through the creative designs of Toshihiro Kawamoto. The musical score is composed by Taisei Iwasaki.
Yu-ka enchants audiences with the opening theme song, Rouge, and Dazbee serenades the conclusion with the ending theme, Scarlet. The series has secured licensing by Crunchyroll for regions beyond Asia.
