The Wheel of Time Season 2 Episode 6 Ending Explained

Towards the end of The Wheel of Time Season 2 Episode 6, we see Egwene tortured to her bone, leaving her in despair. In her cell, Egwene reaches out for her water jug but, does not use her power against Renna signifying that she is close to accepting defeat. However, as Egwene cries in pain and horror, she is met with some comforting words from the cell beside her. When she looks up, she finds that the other prisoner is none other than Maigan, the Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah.

We also follow Rand’s storyline critically towards the end of the episode. After his encounter with Mat and Min, he decides to go to Falme for Egwene, as Lanfear had shown him her location previously. He encourages Mat to join him. The latter declines on being warned by MIn that the Dark One- Ishamael wants nothing more than for Mat to join Rand in his journey to Falme to ultimately kill Rand.

Thus, Rand continues on his journey to Falme on his own. However, before Rand can take leave, he meets Alanna, her warders and Lan. The group informs him that Suian Sanche, the Amyrlin Seat wants to have a word with him.
