My Happy Marriage Episode 4 Ending Explained: The third episode premiered on July 26, 2023, on Netflix. My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.

The live-action film adaptation of the fantasy series was released in Japan on March 2023. Following the story of Miyo, who enters an arranged marriage with a ruthless commander, officially got its own anime series announced to be directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music.

Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. With an estimated duration of 20-25 minutes each, the episodes are available in English dub and subtitles. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

After Kiyoka gifts Miyo a comb in an attempt to court her, she also decides to return the favour in her own way. However, since she has very little money, she cannot buy him anything expensive. To that problem, Yuri suggests her to make something for him instead. So the next day, Miyo and Yuri both travel to the town market to buy materials.

What happened to Miyo at the market?

Both Miyo and Yuri went to the market and bought the necessities. However, Yuri left Miyo for a few minutes to buy something else. Just then, Kaya calls out to Miyo and walks up to her. Kaya starts to mock her appearance and spew poisonous words to make her feel bad. She calls Miyo worthless and that Kiyoka was never going to marry her. Yuri comes back after a few minutes and takes Miyo away from Kaya.

Who is Hana?

Miyo started to distance herself and remained isolated from everyone after the incident. However, the next day Hana appears at her doorstep. She is her old maid in her parents’ house who got fired for protecting Miyo. Kiyoka had contacted her to lift Miyo’s mood and morale.

What did Kiyoka say to Miyo’s parents?

Kiyoka visited Miyo’s parent’s house to have a serious discussion with the family. He said to her father and step-mother that he was interested in marrying Miyo and would like to make her his wife officially. However, he said that he was interested in any wealth from the family. But his only condition was that the entire family apologise to Miyo for treating her insensitively for all the years. Hearing this infuriated the parents and he abruptly left the house.

Who wants to separate Miyo from Kiyoka?

During the last few minutes, it is shown that the head of the Tatsuishi family was spying on them. He grows angry to find out that the couple was growing closer. He wanted Miyo because she possesses a special ability passed down from the Usuba family and he wished to acquire it in the family. Finding out that the relationship is going well, he plans to separate them.
