Dr Romantic season 3 (낭만닥터 김사부3) is the latest season of the romance medical Kdrama of the same name directed by Yoo In-shik. The show stars Han Seok-kyu, Lee Sung-kyung, Ahn Hyo-seop, Kim Joo-heon, So Ju-yeon, and Jin Kyung, alongside other cast members.
The new season brings the grand opening of Doldam Trauma Centre but with new challenges as Kim Sa-bu and his team face them in their professional and personal lives. As the scale of incidents and accidents that the hospital has to manage, the team has to provide top-quality care for their patients.
Dr Romantic season 3 takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Taxi Driver season 2.

Trouble befalls Sa-bu and his team as the result of his decision turns out to be unexpected. As the team tries to heal from these scars the ER is once again filled, however, Dong-hwa is yet to learn his lesson and this time teacher Kim himself is here to teach.
Meanwhile, Jin-man is not ready to lose against Sa-bu and makes a choice that shakes up Doldam.

Episode 3 brings Jin-man to Doldam after Sa-bu persuades Min-guk to accept his condition. While everyone is dissatisfied with his decision, Sa-bu does not fall back and move forward with his plan to capture the elephant.
Meanwhile, Woo-jin strictly mentors Dong-hwa which causes dissatisfaction in the latter which the former remains unaware about. During this, a case of a young athlete that startles Woo-jin who soon brings back his focus on saving a life.
Elsewhere, Eun-jae takes Jin-man to her house and lies about having Ah-reum as her roommate. However, Jin-man soon finds out the truth about her roommate.
