Star Wars Visions Volume 2 Trailer has been finally released after much anticipation, followed by the success of the last series. It is an animated anthology series in which anime studios create their own version of the Star Wars galaxy as a celebration.
Produced by Lucasfilm, the first volume consisted of anime shorts produced by seven Japanese animation studios – Kamikaze Douga, Studio Colorido, Geno Studio, Trigger, Kinema Citrus, Production I.G, and Science SARU. it included 9 episodes in total with a runtime of about 15-25 minutes. However, this time animation studios from around the world are taking part in Volume 2.

Sith by El Guiri (Spain)
In this short, a former Sith apprentice which is voiced by Úrsula Corberó is leading a peaceful life, away from everything but the past comes tracking her down in the form of her old master, which is played by Luis Tosar.

Screecher’s Reach by Cartoon Saloon (Ireland)
The story will follow a young girl, seeking reprieve from her days in a rural workhouse. But the trajectory of her life changes forever when she discovers a legendary haunted cave with her friends. The pull of the cave is something that nobody can escape. The cast includes Eva Whittaker as Daal, Alex Connolly as Baython, Noah Rafferty as Quinn, Molly Mccann as Keena, Anjelica Huston as Sith Mother and Niamh Moyles as Ghost.

In the Stars by Punkrobot (Chile)
With the Empire encroaching, two girls the last of their kind have to fight back and survive when they get discovered on the ravaged lands. The cast includes Valentina Muhr as Koten, Julia Oviedo as Tichina, Kate Dickie as Officer and Amparo Noguera as Officer.

I Am Your Mother by Aardman (United Kingdom)
It’s a mother-and-daughter story where they will have to pair up together for a madcap family race at the academy. Through this, their relationship is tested and they discover new things about each other. The cast includes Maxine Peake as Kalina Kalfus, Charithra Chandran as Annisoukaline Kalfus, Daisy Haggard as Dorota Van Reeple, Bebe Cave as Julan Van Reeple and Denis Lawson as Wedge Antilles.

Journey to the Dark Head by Studio Mir (South Korea)
In this short, a hopeful mechanic and disillusioned young Jedi team up for a risky and unlikely quest to turn the tide of the galactic war, but dark forces tail them. The Korean cast includes Jang Ye Na as Ara / Young Ara, Lee Kyung Tae as Toul, Yun Yong Sik as Bichan, Chwang Kwang as Interpreter, Choi Soo Min as Master Duta, Shin Yong Woo as Master Leesagum / Shopkeeper, Lim Chae Heon as Training Partner and Lee So Young as Master Moru / Another Jedi.
While the English dub cast includes Ashley Park as Ara / Young Ara, Eugene Lee Yang as Toul, Daniel Dae Kim as Bichan, Albert Kong as Interpreter / Jedi Master A, Greg Chun as Shopkeeper / Master Leesagum / Training Partner / Padawan, Jonella Landry as Master Duta and Judy Alice Lee as Master Moru / Another Jedi.
The Spy Dancer by Studio La Cachette (France)
Using her skills, a famous dancer at Imperial-frequented cabaret spies for the Rebellion but a mysterious officer threatens her identity & the mission she is working on. The cast includes Camille Cottin as Loi’e, Lambert Wilson as Jon, Kaycie Chase as Hétis, Rudi-james Jephcott as The Officer, Barbara Weber-scaff as Mee’ma, Bruce Sherfield and Taylor Gasman.

The Bandits of Golak by 88 Pictures (India)
Chased by the Imperial forces, a young boy & his sister finds shelter in a dangerous Dhaba in this short. It includes the cast of Suraj Sharma as Charuk, Sonal Kaushal as Rani, Neeraj Kabi as Inquisitor, Lillete Dubey as Rugal, Sahil Vaid as Maghadi, Richard Joel as Scavenger, Sumanto Ray as Conductor, Jangori Leader and Dhoona, Rajeev Raj as Helper, Aviral Kumar as Stormtrooper, Ish Thakkar, Aaditya Sharma, Shivani Darbari.

The Pit by D’Art Shtajio and Lucasfilm Ltd. (Japan & the US)
It follows a fearless young prisoner, forced to dig for kyber by the Empire, who plans a risky escape for himself and his people. The cast includes Daveed Diggs as Crux, Anika Noni Rose as Eureka / Mother, Jordyn Curet as Livy, Cedric Yarbrough as Old Prisoner, Steve Blum as Commander, Matthew Wood as Stormtroopers.

Aau’s Song by Trigger Fish (South Africa)
In this short, an alien child who only wants to sing is asked to stay quiet by its stern father because of the calamitous effect her voice has on the crystals in the nearby mines. The cast includes Mpilo Jantjie as Aau (dialogue), Dineo Du Toit as Aau (singing), Tumisho Masha as Abat, Cynthia Erivo as Kratu and Faith Baloyi as Attu.
