-Servant Season 4 Episode 10 Recap Contains Spoilers-
Leanne is still trying her hardest to convince Dorothy that she can bring Jericho back for good. Now that the truth is out, Leanne has still managed to keep the upper hand by dangling Jericho’s existence in front of them. However, Dorothy doesn’t seem to be easily swayed by this. She takes her time in thinking and even asks Sean and Julian to leave the house while she comes to terms with the news and Leanne’s offer.
Eventually, though, Dorothy does her own thing and decides not to entertain the possibility of Jericho returning. She goes back into her home and tries to grieve the loss of her only child. Leanne is down the stairs begging her employer to at least say something about Jericho and that they can be together forever if she just lets her nanny bring her son back.
Seeing no purpose to her existence anymore, Leanne gets on the roof, where it is still pouring hard enough for the water level of the river to reach an all-time high while flash floods cause road closures and deathly lightning strikes. She yells at the sky, asking how much more He can take from her now that he has taken Dorothy from her. Meanwhile, Sean and Julian are very concerned for the safety of everyone in the house.

Dorothy and Leanne are having a serious heart-to-heart outside about Jericho and his death. Leanne is trying her best to explain how she deserved to die because she was happy when her parents died. Dorothy forgives all of her transgressions, and they go back inside, getting away from the pouring rain. Leanne saved Dorothy’s life by impaling herself on a pole.
The two of them go out to meet Sean and Julian, but before Leanne gets into the car, she goes back home to pick something up. Clearly, she isn’t going back to pick something up. Leanne goes back in, locks the doors, spreads gasoline all over the house and even puts the baby doll to catch fire. She completes the killing ritual Uncle George and other members of the Church were supposed to do and immolates herself.
The next day, it is brighter, there is no storm, and the police officers take a look at the damage. They conclude a gas leak. Meanwhile, Officer Reyes reveals herself to be a member of the Church too. Dorothy is surprised but doesn’t think too much of it. However, it is not the same for Julian. He, too, was brought back to life by a member of the Church, so now he is indebted to them. The episode ends with him looking into the camera and cursing like something’s there.

Servant Season 4 Episode 10 Review
Folks, it was anti-climactic. After waiting four seasons and going through all the twists and turns of this series, looking at this ending was positively annoying. There is no resolution, the main character dies the most ridiculous death, and there is some reconciliation after months of extreme conflict.
The writer must agree that for the past few episodes, they have been fluffing the piece up to make sure there is some excitement for it, but now they can agree that this show did not do as well as it should have. There was a lot of potential to make the ending an absolute banger, but instead, it was just a collection of the things we already knew about the story world shown in a more subdued manner. Save yourselves; stick to the first season on Servant.

Rather disappointing ending though the fire scene in Leanne’s room was very good. With a heat that intense, would her skeleton have survived? I don’t think so. Also how did George’s body decompose so fast? He hadn’t been dead that long. Guess Dorothy and Sean will have to move. Otherwise how are they going to explain to everyone who knows them what happened to their baby? What will they say to Dorothy’s dad? Seems like Leanne really did have powers and did bring Jericho back to life. If not, I hope she gave the stolen baby to someone to care for.
