XO Kitty Plot/Synopsis

Kitty is going on her own adventure to the Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS)(yeah, it’s a great acronym). After telling her father and his girlfriend that she is ready to take on this adventure by herself, find out more about her mother (who also went to the same school) and possibly connect with the love of her own life by going to be with Dae. She was just a little young before, but now she can make decisions, carry herself well and be her own person apart from all the people at home.

However, when has surprising someone you love ever gone well? Unfortunately for Kitty, her surprise for Dae involved her finding out that he has a girlfriend back home. She is a put-together, well-adjusted person who has the school revolving around her fingertips. Already feeling a little raw and vulnerable from moving to a new city, this is a setback she did not need on her first social event at the school.

Even though Dae isn’t part of her story right now, this story is not just about a boy. It is about her finding her identity, getting closer to her mom and living an adventure she won’t get a chance to do again. It is blatantly obvious that even though she has sworn off Dae, he would be crawling back to her for attention. The only question is, will Kitty find her path alone, or will she take refuge in people who are ready to be with her?
