When the Stars Gossip (별들에게 물어봐) starring Gong Hyo-jin and Lee Min-ho is leaving fans in a heated discussion as it continues to rile up our hearts with its plot. While the cast is bringing out their talent with their wonderful performance and chemistry, we’ve also got something more to look forward to this week. It is none other than the BTS Jin OST that fans have been waiting for since the beginning of the show.

This show has not only been among the most anticipated Kdramas this year due to the plot and cast but also because of the OST. The wonderful line-up of artists like BTS Jin, SEVENTEEN Seungkwan, AKMU’s Suhyun, Gemini, and more. While fans have been loving the songs being released with each passing week, this week has been especially exciting for fans of the show.

This week, BTS Jin’s song Close to You is releasing and fans cannot control their excitement for the much-awaited soundtrack of the show. With a teaser that brings us a sneak peek of the singer’s melodious voice that never fails to leave us stunned, the song that is soon to release this week has already enchanted us. While the song is set to release during When the Stars Gossip Episode 8 which is set to release on January 26th, 2025, we know that there’s still a long wait to get what we’ve been waiting for finally.

While the wait can be quite a pain, we bring to you some other OSTs sung by Jin and his fellow BTS members that are hard to get over (not like we want to). With this, let’s begin!

BTS OSTs We Love!

Hwarang- It’s Definitely You by Jin and V

One of our top favourites has to be Jin and V’s first ever OST track It’s Definitely You from the Kdrama Hwarang which was also V’s debut drama in his acting career. This song has been a fan favourite for years, also performed during the BTS FESTA 2018 by the duo, and is able to leave us mesmerised even today. The duet of these two vocal angels is something that we cannot wait to see again.

Itaewon Class- Sweet Night by V

Who can ever forget Sweet Night by V that has been a lullaby to many around the years? This song is the epitome of beauty and has been the kind that really leaves us enchanted regardless of how long it has been since we’ve heard the song. Play this one on loop along with the others in this list and you’ll not realise that it’s time for Jin’s new song.

Jirisan- Yours by Jin

Words are not enough to describe how beautiful this song really is. Leaving listeners with a heart filled with emotions, tears in our eyes, and a peace we didn’t know we needed, this track is exactly what we need when alone. The song is just perfect and we don’t have anything more to say about it because every day, we are falling for this song.

Our Beloved Summer- Christmas Tree by V

Our Beloved Summer may have been an unforgettable show, but Christmas Tree by V is a song that truly took the show to another height. This song is soothing and keeps melting my heart every time I’m listening to it. The way this song plays out takes you on a ride that is hard to resist and will leave you happy. Meanwhile, the lyrics convey feelings of the heart that are sometimes hard to be said in words.

Our Blues- With You by Jimin

Finally, we cannot skip on the song sung by our angel Jimin- With You is the song that has us dancing, smiling, crying, and taking out words hidden deep within our hearts. It literally manages to bring out the feelings within us and pour them out in ways that make one smile. The song is just beautiful.
