Twelve Episode 7 Recap
The episode opens with O-gwi taking Mirr away from Sa-min to safety as the audience gets to see their love story unfolding in the past. Meanwhile, Sa-min asks his followers to get ready for Hellmouth to open and instructs them to divide the angels before being possessed by something… or someone. He goes to a praying O-gwi and goads him to join the dark side and make the angels obey him instead of the other way around.
In the end, Sa-min turns O-gwi into an evil spirit, but when the former asks him to join him to destroy the angels, he refuses and tells him to never come near him again. However, when Kang-jin threatens him to come back with him and seek God’s forgiveness, he refuses and tells her that this is what he chose. Mirr is completely heartbroken at the turn of events, though.

In the present, Mirr and O-gwi have a reunion, but she walks away from him thanks to his choices. Elsewhere, the world is engulfed in chaos, and the angels try to help as many people as they can, while Mirr is kidnapped by Sa-min. O-gwi asks for the angels’ help to stop Sa-min from obtaining real power, and they make their way to Hellmouth to stop this madness once and for all.
At the house, the angels face off against Sa-min’s men, but are shocked to find their brothers and sisters, those they had lost centuries ago, standing in front of them, ready to fight and under Sa-min’s control. As the others hold off the cursed angels, Tae-san confronts Sa-min.
Twelve Episode 7 Review

It’s as if this well-cast show couldn’t have been worse; we now get a half-hearted romantic plot in the series wherein there is no chemistry between the leads. I just don’t buy these two as lovers because the series doesn’t make me believe that in any way. Moreover, the storyline is moving at a rate which is both fast and slow and makes me feel constantly annoyed because nothing is clearly defined. We know some things about everyone, but not enough to care. Twelve is a disappointment of epic proportions.
