Ju-wan doesn’t give up on rekindling with Bo-ra and even comes to the cafe where Bo-ra and Su-hyeok were having a meeting. He tries to intimidate him by showing that he is back with her, and Su-hyeok seems to fall for it as well. He ends the meeting abruptly and gives her the flowers as a token of congratulations for starting her show and relationship again. All this makes Bo-ra furious about Ju-wan, and she tells him that she can’t even be friends with him.
On the other hand, Bo-mi and Jin-ho’s relationship is revealed to everyone when he mistakes Ju-wan for her ex and asks him to get out of the cafe. Their relationship takes a big turn when Bo-mi takes a pregnancy test, just in case to check, but it turns out to be positive. While Jin-ho expresses his happiness, inside, he seems worried about bringing a baby at their age. On top of it, Yu-jeong catches Jin-ho in the basement along with Bo-mi and the pregnancy test.
At that moment, Bo-ra calls Yu-jeong to get drinks together and talk about her complicated love life but gets shocking news in return. She gets Bo-mi home, but she refuses to talk. Yu-jeong and Jin-woo also get into a big fight where she shares that she doesn’t find any meaning in living like this, hiding things from each other. While at the publishing company, U-ri sets the record straight about her crush on Sang-jin, and Su-hyeok also stands for her.

For another meeting, Bo-ra comes to the publishing company but instead gets into a fight with Su-hyeok. He criticises her book’s ending in which she gets back to her ex-lover, and she tells him that moving on to another person with unsure feelings is a bad ending as well. The conversation changes from about the book to personal & Bo-ra points out that he has no authority to get mad at her when he has never expressed his feelings for her. As long as he doesn’t verbalise them, the other person will never know what is in his heart.
True to Love Episode 13 Review
Despite being in the second last episode of the show, Bo-ra and Su-hyeok need to learn and grow from their past experiences. While Ju-wan’s entry is ominous, it is unlikely that she will get back with him after everything. I guess the whole point of the show is to make Su-hyeok realise his feelings and express them properly before he loses Bo-ra, just like Yu-ri.
True to Love (Bo-ra! Deborah) is currently available to watch on Amazon Prime Video.
