The third installment, Tiger 3, of Salman Khan’s grand action franchise has now been postponed to a later date than before. Marking the reunion of the highly regarded Bollywood Jodi of Khan and Kaif, the movie will be directed by Maneesh Sharma, as opposed to Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar, who helmed the previous releases respectively.
Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo for the upcoming 2023 film has also been teased, setting apart another incentive that will attract audiences to the theatres. The poster of the movie reveals a robust and clandestine shot of Salman Khan, intriguingly enough leaving everything else up to the public’s imagination.
With the first outing (Ek Tha Tiger) of the spy thriller series released in 2012 and the second, Tiger Zinda Hai in 2017, the third installment is all set to hit the theatres after more than a decade spanning between the new release and the franchise’s inception. Initially, the film was supposed to come out on Eid 2023, but now the date has been pushed back a little.

Khan himself took to his official Twitter account to deliver the news of his blockbuster’s release date as Diwali 2023. Coming out in three Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, the movie is already a hit among the public with its cast trending on Twitter after a mere sneak peek.
The news of the beloved couple, Tiger and Zoya, already has the fans counting down the days. The forthcoming follow-up of the franchise will dig deeper into their relationship and foreground their individual characters.
At the moment, both the leading stars of the movie have several projects lined up. Kaif is preparing for her soon-to-release PhoneBhoot alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khattar, while Khan will be soon heading into Kick 2‘s production with Jacqueline Fernandez. He’s also working on Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, co-starring Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Nigam, and more. Coincidentally, this flick has also been pushed back and will now be released on Eid 2023 instead.
