Premise

At the centre of this story is Anna, who witnesses a murder but, is unsure of the reality of the situation. But, surely she will get to the end of it unless some people would like to keep her off the tracks. Netflix’s description of the film reads: “Mixing wine, pills, casseroles and an overactive imagination, Anna obsesses over a hunky neighbour across the street and witnesses a murder. Or did she?” The streaming platform also goes on the describe the series as being filled with dark humour along with the air of being a murder mystery that will thrill you.

The series is created by Rachel Ramras, Hugh Davidson, and Larry Dorf. The executive producers are Kristen Bell, Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum, and Brittney Segal and, Gloria Sanchez Productions is involved with producing the series, The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window. Kristen Bell also stars as our protagonist Anna in the show.
