In The Patient Episode 4, we meet Sam’s new hostage named Ellias and see how Alan helps Sam control his killing impulses by sending him to the office and offering him therapy over call. However, everything that Alan tries seems to not be enough to put Sam off the killing path. The episode is surely filled with moments of absolute chaos that makes you feel like you going to witness a death at any point of time.
