Song Hye-kyo’s upcoming thriller Kdrama The Glory has released its teaser and we are ready to witness her revenge as she takes down the people who once made her miserable. Directed by Ahn Gil-ho, the actor leads the drama alongside Lee Do-hyun, Im Ji-yeon, Park Sung-hoon, Yeom Hye-ran, Jung Sung-il, and other cast members.
The Glory brings the story of a young architect aspirant who after severe bullying has to drop out of school. Later, her bullies lead a happy and normal life; however, she soon finds herself becoming the homeroom teacher of their children and there begins her road of revenge.
The teaser for the upcoming drama starts off with Song Hye-kyo’s character Moon Dong-eun’s longing that sprouts from her intense hatred while scenes that lead her to this point pass through. As she thinks back at the possibility that someone or something had helped her back then how different her life would have been now.

As she wonders if a friend, god or the weather had saved her from her miserable days, then maybe she wouldn’t reach the point of feeling a hatred that is ready to destroy everything, even if it means that she will wilt herself. As scenes of her playing a dangerous game pass by, the ones who have become her pawns are unable to escape her traps.
And now, no amount of screaming or begging will let them leave as she plays them like puppets on a stage that she has created. However, there is no room for mercy as Dong-eun’s pain and hatred have crossed all bounds and she is a storm that is here to destroy.

The teaser soon comes to an end as she speaks of her excitement for what is to come, as he hopes to slowly wilt and die together.

The Kdrama brings scenes filled with intense school bullying and heartbreak for the main lead, while her revenge on what they do is definitely going to get our blood pumping with thrill.
The Glory is to premiere on December 30, 2022 and will be available for streaming on Netflix. With 8 episodes that are 60 minutes long each, we can say that the story is definitely going to be one that we wouldn’t want to miss.
