The Crown Season 5 Plot/Storyline
Jumping straight into the 1990s, the new season will feature the new era of the royal family as we head toward the storyline featuring the divorce between the Prince and Princess of Wales, with the latter claiming that she “won’t go quietly”. This particular era also led to the family’s booming popularity with ‘War of the Wales’ at the focus. However, one must take all the dramatization with a pinch of salt due to the many fictional digressions that have compelled real-life royalty members to express their distaste for the same.

Netflix describes the latest season as:
It’s a new decade, and the royal family are facing what may be their biggest challenge yet: proving their continued relevance in ‘90s Britain. As Diana and Charles wage a media war, cracks begin to splinter the royal foundation.
