The Claus Family 2 has Jules embracing Christmas completely and getting ready for his future as Santa as he starts off his duties with his grandfather Noël. While everything runs smoothly for the two, a special letter from a little girl brings a clash in their thoughts which becomes a hurdle they need to cross together.

Now, he is determined to fulfil the wish of the little one, even if it means to reconcile her divorced parents. However, Noël is against this as he believes that some things cannot be fixed and some wishes cannot be fulfilled.
