The Batman is probably the most anticipated superhero movie of 2022. Gotham’s vigilante and DC’s favourite character to reboot has a new face as we all know and, looks like he is slaying the look! Robert Pattinson, who is playing Bruce Wayne aka Batman in the next DC Universe movie has given us hope and chills, all the same with just his trailer shots and pictures. Fans cannot keep calm and have been wanting a closer look at the Bat. Well, looks like everyone’s prayers have been answered!
The 2022 film is directed by Matt Reeves and stars Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell, alongside Pattinson. The film will cover Batman’s early days in crime-fighting and, somehow give us a good origin story. Previously, we have gotten to see Pattinson’s costume and character. However, the new pictures released gives us a rather intense look at the cape crusader. It is also the first time we have a still of Jeffery Wright’s character James Gordon from the Gotham City Police Department, who has been a close ally of Batman for a long time.
The Batman New Images
There are three images released by Total Film. One is an absolute still of Robert Pattinson alone as Batman. In another picture, we see our caped crusader beside Jeffrey Wright’s James Gordon. The third image shows Batman standing over another person, who can either be a hostage or a criminal.

In the upcoming Batman film, Paul Dano plays the new villain- Riddler from the comics. We have previously seen Jim Carrey play the role in the 1995 film Batman Forever. It would be interesting to see what Dano brings to the role and, it would be exciting to witness a closer look at his character.
