That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 13 was heavy on business planning and money making. Read the details of what happened below.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 12 Recap

Originally, plans for Rimuru’s coronation as Demon Lord were underway before Hinata’s attack disrupted them. Thus, Rimuru wants to make this day special for his people and open it to visitors from other countries for a grand celebration.
Now, with no battles to distract them, everyone can focus on the festival. Each of Rimuru’s associates is planning a unique surprise to showcase. Gabiru and Vesta aim to present their healing potions in an educational manner, sparking interest in their research without revealing their secrets. Meanwhile, Veldora’s desire to open a Teppanyaki shop raises Rimuru’s concerns for obvious reasons.
Amid the festival frenzy, Shuna asks Rimuru to accompany her to Ingrassia for some preparations. This gives Rimuru the opportunity to tackle important tasks with Mjöllmile. Together, they devise a complex and intriguing plan to boost Jura Tempest’s profits and open new opportunities. Rimuru also unveils crucial information he plans to implement before and after the festival.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 12 Review and Recap

This episode was not very important in furthering the plot line. It begins with Rimuru thinking about and discussing with Ranga what can he prepare for the upcoming festival. Then, he notices a scuffle going on between one of the goblins and Ramiris. Upon inspecting, he finds out that Ramiris does not want to live in her dungeon anymore and wishes to move to the Jura Tempest Federation.
Rimuru is not sure as to why she would ask this and does not agree to it right off the bat. She wants to move there because her life in her dungeon is not fun anymore, and for more entertainment, she thinks Tempest is the best place. Thankfully, she has some good supporters, and because Treyni also insists, Rimuru comes up with a plan.

He already wanted to build a permanent source of entertainment hence, what he can do is appoint Ramiris to make a new dungeon that will be situated right below the arena that he plans to construct. Not only that, but he also wants to profit from this entire operation, and they go through the whole project in detail.
Somewhere else, we see another new character, and she is the ruler of the Sorcerous Dynasty of Sarion, Elmesia. She is with Erald, and they discuss whether they should attend Rimuru’s festival or not. Just like all the important monarchs, Rimuru has sent them an invitation as well, but Elmesia has never seen Rimuru, so she has no idea what kind of monster he is. Nonetheless, she is willing to have an open mindset and test the waters herself by attending the ceremony.
Today’s episode was again mostly about the economic situation of the Jura Tempest Federation. Rimuru comes up with more ideas as to how he will make money from the entire ceremony and continue to profit from the new infrastructure that he will introduce.

Verdict
Even though we don’t really get very entertaining bits in these types of episodes, I don’t hate knowing more about how Rimuru’s nation works. He is very passionate about the betterment of his people, and through him, we can get an idea of how difficult yet interesting it can be to run a Kingdom.
