In the current times, The Marvel Cinematic Universe might have one of the most dedicated fan bases who are awaiting all the new releases, watching it with hawk eyes to consume every single detail and create endless theories. But it doesn’t stop at that, as the fandom unites people from all aspects of life, some are here to make their own content from it.
We all are aware of the fanfictions based on popular characters and people, where the fans adapt them into various storylines as per their choice and taste. While others who are talented in the creative fields, often replicate trailers and scenes from the films, which might confuse even the creator with their seamless fan edits.
One such fan is YouTuber Activesufi whose edit has turned time back to Avengers: Endgame and placed Thanos in the Avengers’ New York Battle. In his edited video, Thanos showed up for the Battle for New York, presumably in the hopes of getting his hands on Loki’s staff and the Mind Stone a little earlier this time around.

Along with the video, he also added, “Thanos is lucky the Scarlet Witch isn’t around” in the description of the video. When Thanos arrives at the scene and starts fighting with the Hulk and taking down all the avengers until Dr Strange travels back in time. It is also important to note that the Battle for New York became a key historical moment for characters within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
It was also referenced in the Netflix shows and in every Thanos-centric content and even in Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD. According to some comments, the viewers think that early leaked concepts for the Endgame featured Thanos bringing the cap’s head from his timeline to the avengers compound. So, this could very feasibly have been part of Dr Strange’s viewing of a timeline.
The creators of this video have also put together many other videos like reimagining if the Multiverse of Madness version of Scarlet Witch were to have appeared in the battle at the end of Avengers: Endgame. Meanwhile, you can watch all the Marvel movies and shows on Disney+.
