This infuriates the boss and singer of the gang, Yoo Sang-gi who is unable to fully release his anger. The Rainbow Taxi team soon begins their work as Go-eun keeps an eye on their movements while Do-gi, Kyung-goo and Jin-eon put a stop to their methods according to plan. This further infuriates Sang-gi who is unable to understand why things aren’t working according to him.
Elsewhere, Ha-joon finds his way to the cabinet which is the door to the team’s secret basement when Sung-chul arrives and stops him from fully entering the base. On the other hand, Sang-gi’s comrades badmouth him before the three begin discussing their next target; this is overheard by the Rainbow Taxi team.

They then begin their plan and bring Sang-gi’s focus onto Sung-chul, who pretends to be a senile yet rich old man. It doesn’t take time for Sang-gi and the others to change targets and bring him into their eyes, as they sneak inside his house and are left shocked by the wealth he owns.
They also notice that he has a bundle of money hidden somewhere and start to search for Sung-chul’s real fortune. As they plan to follow Sung-chul throughout the day, Kyung-goo and Jin-eon begin searching through their items in order to find their source of cash.

However, they find nothing and Do-gi has to now find a way to approach Sang-gi again, unaware that the latter is thinking of the same thing. Sang-gi tries to find clues as to where the fortune could have been hidden and is brought to the middle of some farmland where he once again finds nothing.
Frustrated, they plan to follow Sung-chul all the time which makes things harder for the latter. He asks Do-gi for help and is asked to request to go to a show. Go-eun then enters as a part-time singer and is made to hold the show where Sung-chul shows affinity towards her and gives rise to the idea in Sang-gi that she can be of help to them.

The two then prepare for the next part of Do-gi’s plan and Go-eun tricks them into chasing her in their truck and is brought to an open space where their truck falls down the cliff and Sang-gi is left greatly shocked and aggrieved.
Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 4 Ending
Taxi Driver season 2 episode 4 ends with a flashback showing Do-gi suspecting Sang-gi of hiding the money in the truck and he along with Kyung-goo and Jin-eon goes to investigate the truck one night. There, they find all the money that had been stolen by the elderly which they have now been able to retrieve.

It was Do-gi’s plan to have the truck fall down the cliff to make Sang-gi feel the despair he had given to his victims. Following this, Sang-gi once again surrounds Sung-chul, only to witness him falling down the cliff and being hit by his supposed death.
Now, with a map of the treasure in his hand, the maddened Sang-gi rushes to find the treasure all on his own after being left behind by his comrades. Do-gi picks up Sang-gi’s comrades and punishes them, while Sang-gi is left behind with his madness as he continues to look for the treasure while following the red flags.
However, some of these red flags are different as they are marks to warn people about the mines in the ground, which Sang-gi ends up stepping on. Hence, finally receives his punishment while his victims are finally rid of him.

Elsewhere, Ha-joon’s curiosity brings him back to the closet which he enters and pushes the button on the wall which slowly starts his descent into the basement. On the other hand, someone has his eyes on the Rainbow Taxi team and they have arrived here after following Do-gi.
Taxi Driver Season 2 Episode 4 Review
The excitement is once again ready to take the next step and the ending of this episode is what points at it. This episode has had its fair share of comedy and drama which also had the bare minimum of violence to accompany it.
I like how this season doesn’t just focus on Do-gi but also the characters around him and a new side of these characters are being brought out in this season. The team is definitely worthy of being a secret gang fighting for the victim as they really are able to blend in anywhere very easily.
On the other hand, Ha-joon’s curiosity is what is sure to make him a part of the team; however, the man following the others may also be one of the biggest reasons why Ha-joon would be needed as a member of the Rainbow Taxi team.
Altogether, a fun and entertaining episode that is smoothening and bringing the story’s flow to the next level.
