The one-minute and forth seconds teaser trailer opens with Gus being captured by a group of scientists who want to conduct experiments on him. A doctor’s narration can be heard in the background who urges Gus to cooperate so they can “help each other”. Meanwhile, the authorities hunt for more hybrids that might be wandering along the forest.

A grand revelation is made in the trailer that Hybrids are the key to the cure for the pandemic. However, that secret poses a greater threat to the small population as everyone would want the cure for themselves only. However, as we know that the Hybrid children were captured by The Last Men in the previous season. Their goal is to kill the unusual creatures and create a cure for humanity.

However, Aimee is still hopeful and determined to get her children back to safety. An elaborate plan to save the Hybrids is being plotted, and the mission will commence in the new season. Moreover, in the short clip, Gus appears to showcase rage and is unafraid of humans anymore. He encourages others to stand up for themselves and rise against the tyranny, trying to use them for their gain.
