Succession Season 4 Episode 3 Preview
As per the rock-solid words of Logan Roy, Season 4 Episode 3 is the start of a long night of knives. The first of which came directly from Roman, who has already sided (some would say being manipulated) his ways with his father. The episode will induct Roman into the chamber of command, once again, and witnesses the axing of Gerri.
This unexpected decision from the youngest Roy sibling will have some repercussions, as the former interim CEO of Waystar Royco has plenty of leverage against Roman. Moreover, as per the preview, it’s also quite clear that Gerri won’t exit the company without asserting every last piece of her dominance.
Another highlight of the episode will be Connor’s wedding with Willa. Something which might delve deeper into the emotional aspect, as the eldest Roy sibling re-enquires Willa’s true intentions. Furthermore, one can also expect a mandatory business deal which will overtake the importance of a Roy clan wedding.
Succession Season 4 Episode 2 Recap

The previous episode revolved around the rogue bunch and their attempt to renegotiate a better deal with Matsson. Initially, only Sandy and Stewie were going all in for the vote, but later Shiv and Kenall joined the nay-sayers group, for their separate purposes.
The episode also witnessed Logan’s semi-retirement plan, which will be to rejuvenate ATN and transform the news organization into an opposition killer. Moreover, the episode also loomed into Logan’s intention to promote Kerry to a much higher rank (the new anchor). However, the decision almost backfires as Kerry’s audition video received more trolling, instead of praise.
Towards the end, the Roy sibling mutiny forces Logan to arrive at the shady Karaoke place (courtesy of Connor and Willa’s wedding rehearsal letdown). And for the first time in the series, Logan expresses his feelings (or at least he pretends extremely well) of sorrow and shifts the gears from the CEO to that of a father.
In the end, we get to see a heartbroken Connor, slightly amused Shiv and Kendall, and a backstabbing Roman joining the team with a not-so-disappointed Logan Roy.
