Strong Girl Nam-soon Episode 11 Recap
The episode begins with Shi-o asking Nam-soon to date him. Seeing her surprised reaction, he gives her time to think about it and assures her he won’t pressure her. Nam-soon quickly leaves his office after receiving a call about Nam-in. Meanwhile, Hee-sik gets a text from his team lead, Dong-suk, and rushes to his home, only to find him lying dead. Hee-sik starts scanning Dong-suk’s place and finds a diary with a pen drive attached to it.
Geum-ju rushes into Nam-in’s cafe and informs Bong-go that their son has fallen prey to narcotics. They admit him to Geum-ju’s hospital, where Nam-soon advises against giving water to Nam-in, as it could worsen his condition. She mentions an antidote for the drug, which is the primary business of Shi-o. Bong-go and Nam-soon begin their search to find the woman who gave Nam-in the tablet. With the help of Nam-soon’s once-homeless friend, Hyun-soo, they locate the man behind the bank account to which Nam-in wired money.
They discover that the man is homeless but was visited by a woman who paid him to open bank accounts. This woman is part of Shi-o’s drug business, distributing drugs via weight-loss pills and profiting by selling antidotes. They somehow obtain the woman’s phone number and decide to call her. Meanwhile, Hee-sik arrests Shin Gang-su, the man who sold Dong-suk the drug. It becomes evident that Dong-suk decided to become evidence himself for his team to apprehend the culprits.
This alerts Shi-o’s team, prompting an immediate pause in their business. However, when Geum-ju texts the mysterious woman from Nam-in’s phone about the antidote, she responds. Geum-ju meets the woman at Nam-in’s cafe, pays a hefty amount, and acquires the antidote. Discovering that Hee-sik and Geum-ju are behind this, Shi-o becomes furious at them for going against him.
At the hospital, Geum-ju mixes the blue antidote in water and administers it to Nam-in. Witnessing this, Nam-soon recalls Shi-o also consuming something similar to this. Nam-in promptly recovers, and the family relaxes. The next day, Hee-sik approaches his senior police officer for an arrest warrant, but he brushes it off. Hee-sik then receives a call informing him that Gang-su has died. On the same day, Nam-soon enters Shi-o’s office and sees him looking quite different since he has consumed the drug.
