Stranger Things 4 Vol 2: From the Kiss to I Love You, Scenes That Were Improvised by the Actors

Most people on the internet are only talking about Stranger Things 4 Vol 2. The last two episodes of Netflix’s one of the best supernatural series were released on July 1. Created by the Duffer Brothers, the show stars Millie Bobby Brown as El/Eleven, Noah Schnapp as Will, Winona Ryder as Joyce, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas, Sadie Sink as Max, Joe Keery as Steve, David Harbour as Jim Hopper, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan, Brett Gelman as Murray Bauman, Joseph/Joe Quinn as Eddie and Eduardo Franco as Argyle.

The last two episodes are titled ‘Papa’ and ‘The Piggyback’. Both the episodes packed some memorable and heartbreaking moments. The show is a hit not only because of the story and the monster, but also the talented star cast. In Season 4, Vol 2, some actors improvised certain scenes that made them stand out.

  1. I Love You, Man

One of the scenes that fans can’t stop talking about is between Eddie and Dustin. Eddie’s death scene has shattered many hearts. He dies in Dustin’s arms. But before dying, Eddie says to Dustin, “I Love You, Man”.

The official Stranger Writers account revealed that Joe improvised the scene. They tweeted – I love you, man” was improvised by Joe.

  1. Help

In the last episode of Stranger Things 4 Vol 2, Vecna attacks Max, and she lies almost lifeless in Lucas’ arms. Lucas is worried, heartbroken and in pain and is there for Max, who says in her unconscious state that she doesn’t want to die. Lucas’ brother Erica comes running inside to see what happened. A scared Lucas yells at his sister in pain, “Erica, help”.

It is one of the most heartbreaking and emotional scenes to watch. Caleb McLaughlin gave a brilliant performance in that scene. The writers reveal that Caleb improvised the line ‘Erica, help’.

  1. The Kiss

After 4 seasons and a long wait of more than 2 years, we finally got to witness a major romantic moment between Joyce Byer and Jim Hopper. After Joyce rescues Jim from the Russian prison, they find ways to return to America. The duo talks about how much they missed each other and share a passionate kiss. It is the first time the two characters have shared such an intimate moment.

Among many other things, fans can’t stop talking about the kiss between Winona and David. The Stranger Writers reveal that both the actors improvised the kiss. The team tweeted, “This kiss wasn’t scripted, Winona and David added it on the day of filming.” The revelation proves that the actors know what the fandom wanted all along!
