Here’s All to Know About the Upcoming Rom-Com Kdrama Spring of Youth

Spring of Youth Plot

Music, healing, love, and a competition to win hearts, this is a youth drama that brings you to a campus that is just as lovely as the chaos hidden within it. As a group of young musicians comes together through music, an unexpected friendship begins that threads on some sensitive roads.

The plot of the upcoming rom-com Kdrama follows the charismatic vocalist and guitarist of the most popular K-pop group, The Crown, Sa Gye. Wooing hearts with his super positive personality brought him to the top of his game, however, tragedy strikes when he is kicked out of the band overnight. After this incident, he is made to start his campus life as a student at Hanju University, where he experiences an unfamiliar world with chaos of its own.

Amidst his struggles, he meets Kim Bom, a gifted vocalist and keyboardist with whom he is destined to fall in love. He soon forms a band with Kim Bom, Seo Tae-yang, Kong Jin-gu, and Bae Kyu-ri, and soon the group sets off to begin a new chapter in their musical journey. But this comes with a lot of tension, competition, and healing they didn’t know they needed.

Kim Bom once dreamed of studying at an Ivy League university in the US, but gave up on her dreams after the death of her mother, 6 years ago. Seo Tae-yang is a brilliant guitarist and medical student who comes from a family of doctors. He is here to add tension as he competes with Sa Gye both musically and personally.

What will be the breaking point for this group connected by music? Will they ever be able to make it to the top? Will they ever heal from their past?
