Netflix has several titles making their way, and one of them is Fanático. It’s another Spanish show that promises to intrigue the audience with its story. The show will have some hip-hop, music, and lots of drama.

The Spanish series is helmed by Roger Gual. The story is penned by Yago de Torres Peño, Dani del Águila and Federico Maniá Sibona.

Fanático Plot/Synopsis

Netflix describes the plot: “When a trap artist’s biggest fan tries to take over his idol’s persona, he finds out that being a superstar isn’t as easy as it looks.”

When a music artist named Quimera dies, a fan decides to take over his place. The similarity in their looks makes it easy to fool the fans. From a fan’s perspective, their favourite artist’s life is all good and fun because of all the money, luxury and love from the fans. In the beginning, everything seems fun. The fan gets to enjoy all the attention and the rich life.

Fanático will release on Netflix on July 29, 2022, at 12:30 PM IST, 3:00 am ET, and 12:00 am PT. The show will have 10 episodes.
