The Jeju Island arc is in full swing, and the situation for the hunters is dire. Several S-rank hunters from Japan are wiped out almost instantly while Chaein and her team push forward in pursuit of the Queen. Meanwhile, other Japanese hunters begin to grasp the severity of their predicament when Chaein detects an overwhelming stench just moments before the Ant King appears.

Deep inside the Queen’s den, she is heavily guarded by an army of ant soldiers, forcing Chaein’s party to go all out as holding back isn’t an option. Even Yoonho, who typically avoids revealing his full strength due to his appearance, unleashes his beastly form. After an intense battle, they finally manage to subdue the Queen. However, just as they are about to deliver the finishing blow, she has already summoned her son.

The Ant King faced off against Goto Ryuji, but things did not go very well. Ryuji thought that he would be able to defeat the Ant King as he was rightfully the strongest hunter after Jinwoo, at least within South Korea. However, what he did not know was that the Ant King was way more ruthless than him, and he ate him right away.

Now that he is way more powerful than ever before, the Ant King finally goes for the others, but before he can do anything, Jinwoo comes to save the day. In the beginning, Jinwoo has a tough time against the Ant King, as he is truly the most powerful enemy Jinwoo has encountered yet. But the altercation soon becomes one-sided as Jinwoo figures out how to deal with the monster.

In this episode, we again see just how powerful and mighty Jinwoo is for not only saving the S-rank hunters but also defeating the Ant King and his army. Jinwoo did all of this single-handedly without getting help from anyone, and the whole of South Korea watched it happen.

As usual, Jinwoo again becomes the winner, and now he is being noticed not just by the South Koreans but also by the world. Everyone is now aware of the S-rank hunter Jinwoo, who might even be the strongest hunter in the world. The arc is not going to end with this episode, as there is still 1 episode left. They will most probably set the tone for the next arc, which is going to be the Recruitment arc.
