Shining Girls: All About Apple TV+’s Thriller Starring Elizabeth Moss

Apple TV+ has some amazing releases in 2022. The streaming platform’s last show, ROAR, created quite a buzz and left people startled with its bizarrely intriguing stories. The next release for the OTT platform is Shining Girls. It’s a series based on Lauren Beukes’ 2013 novel ‘The Shining Girls’.

The thriller show is created and written by Siika Luisa. Distributed by Apple Inc, it is produced by MRC Television, Love & Squalor Pictures and Appian Way Productions. If you are planning to watch the show, here’s some basic information you need to know.

Shining Girls Synopsis

The synopsis reads, “Years after a brutal attack left her in a constantly shifting reality, Kirby Mazrachi learns that a recent murder is linked to her assault. She teams with veteran reporter Dan Velazquez to understand her ever-changing present—and confront her past.”

The thriller is said to be quite brutal and engaging, like the book. One can hope to be truly bewildered by the story.

Shining Girls Trailer, Release Date and Number of Episodes

The Apple TV+ show will have 8 episodes. The first two episodes, directed by Michelle McLaren, are slated to release on April 29.
