All to Know About Upcoming Family Drama Riding Life

Riding Life Plot

The plot of this show is a realistic and relatable one as you find yourself connecting to the mother-daughter duo; one is a single mother who raised her daughter alone while the other is a working mother who grew up too soon to help her busy mother. However, upon looking back at her life, the daughter erupts with suppressed resentment which opens a new chapter for the two.

Lee Jeong-eun is a fierce beauty industry marketer who is enthusiastic about her daughter’s education like the other mothers in the competitive neighbourhood of Dechi-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. Raised in a single-parent home, she matured early in life and did all she could to support her busy mother. However, she later gets married to Hong Jae-man, a home-shopping MD who is an immature husband and gets on his wife’s back every day. But while he struggles at work due to his poor performance, he always makes sure to rush home whenever his family needs him.

But this doesn’t make things any easier for Jeong-eun and she ends up exploding with resentment towards her mother which she suppressed all her life. Now, she wishes to get her daughter into a private institution she turns to her mother Yoon Ji-a, to help send her daughter to a famous private institute.

Yoon Ji-a is a single mother and children’s art therapist at a university hospital. She raised her daughter Jeong-eun all alone and thought she did everything right. However, when her daughter suddenly erupts with resentment, she understands that she needs to look back into their relationship. She takes up the responsibility of taking her grandchild to the institute where she encounters a new world she never knew about before. There, she also meets an English professor Lee Yeong-uk who regains excitement in his boring twilight life.

As the mother-daughter duo find ways to solve the problems of their love lives, will they ever be able to find peace in their relationship?
