Rick and Morty Season 6 To Go on Hiatus? Read On

The Popular adult animated cartoon sitcom will be going on a break until fall this year. Moreover, the news was announced through the social media handles of the show.

The sixth season of the show was ordered by the network before the inception of season 4 in 2020. While the episodes started to premiere on 4th, September 2022. Meanwhile, the last episode titled as Final DeSmithation was released on the 2nd of October.

Earlier, Rick and Morty started on a different note this season. The infamous portal gun broke and the titular characters had to suffice with their earthly adventures, in comparison to their dimensional travels. However, after the events of the recent episode, it looks like the interdimensional madness in the show will return, followed by even more eerie adventures.

Notably, Rick and Morty had its debut on the network in 2013, and since then it’s been a fan favourite event. The show is centred around Rick, a sociopath and alcoholic, who resides with his daughter. And Morty, his morally sound grandson, who accompanies him on several galactic adventures.

The show was created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, who also serve as the writer of the series along with Jessica Gao, Mike McMahan and many more. Furthermore, Rick and Morty is distributed by Warner Television and executively produced by J Michael Mendel and Kenny Micka.
