The latest episodes also gave the audience a sneak peek at the finale of the show, as we now prepare to say goodbye to this beloved new Korean drama.
Resident Playbook (언젠가는 슬기로울 전공의 생활) follows the turbulent friendship of young Obstetrics and Gynaecology residents in the low-birth era. Living one of the toughest times for any medical professional, this is the story of resilience, hard work, and friendships that are formed along the way. Directed by Lee Min-soo, the show stars Go Young-jung, Shin Shi-ah, Han Ye-ji, Kang Yoo-seok, and other cast members.
Resident Playbook Episode 9 brought to us the moment that fans had been waiting for, the sweet scenes between our beloved couple, Yi-young and Do-won. But it also brought us a surprise when Sa-bi turned out to be a fan of Jae-il’s K-pop band. While the romance was blooming on one side, fans couldn’t stop appreciating the best boy Jae-il, who has been sweet and supportive of everyone. He is definitely a favourite of many, which is why even Do-won, with his endless patience, couldn’t help but feel angry for him.

Meanwhile, Resident Playbook Episode 10 has definitely been a favourite for many, as our beloved Hospital Playlist couple Ik-sun and Seong-hwa came back to us all. The scene of this couple was surely worth the wait, and just a moment into the show, we knew we were whipped again. The jokester and his first love are definitely the couple that we have all loved dearly, and no matter how long it has been, we are going to only love them again and again.

But, they aren’t the only MVP of this particular episode, as a particular professor takes over the spotlight with his character. Ryu Jae-hwi was truly the real deal in this episode as he doesn’t just stand up for Sa-bi, but also shows that the silent and patient ones cannot be taken lightly. They are the real deal, and when they erupt, havoc is sure to follow.
