Based on the post-apocalyptic sci-fi book series by Hugh Howey, the forthcoming series stars Rebecca Ferguson, Rashida Jones, Common, Iain Glen and others. It’s premies centres around a dystopian setting in a toxic future where living communities have no choice but to take shelter in massive silos, hundreds of stories under the ground. Believing that certain protocols are upheld to keep them protected, the people live by these rules that may be holding another dark secret no one dares to probe into.

City On Fire 

The drama series starring Chase Sui Wonder, Jemima Kirke, Wyatt Olef and others follows the grim incident of a college student of being shot in Central Park in July 2003. Once the investigation on this case opens up, it links citywide fires, the downtown music scene, and a wealthy upper class real estate family, all burying under the burden of unspoken secrets that keep on piling on top. The crime series is based on the 2015 novel by Garth Risk Hallberg.

Still: A Michael J Fox Movie

Remember Marty McFly from the ’80s movie Back to the Future, or Scott Howard from yet another ’80s flick Teen Wolf? Yes, those two characters have one thing in common – they were both portrayed by the retired actor Michael J Fox. In this near-documentary-style film, history will be unravelled as we found out how “undersized kid from a Canadian army base” became the sweetheart of the 1980s Hollywood. Digging into his then-professional life, this account will also unmask his intimate and honest private life and how the eventually diagnosis of the incurable disease, Parkinson’s.

Taking shape as a classic Michael J Fox movie from the ’80s, this retelling of his life story from the horse’s mouth is going to be a blend of a multitude of genres – adventure, romance, drama and comedy, as we watch the actor navigate his way through it all with his signature optimistic hat on.
