Reign of the Seven Spellblades Episode 9 is the ninth episode of the newest action and fantasy series from Studio J.C. Staff, the animation studio behind other popular shows such as Toradora and Food Wars. The series is based on a Light Novel written by Bokuto Uno and Ruria Miyuki, and this episode is also called Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai suru Episode 9 and Nanatsuma Episode 9 in original Japanese.
In the enchanting realm of magic, a class of fearsome techniques is known as spellblades. Shrouded in secrecy, these elusive spells and their wielders are renowned for their absolute lethality. It is within this world that Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai suru takes place, an anime series that delves into the mysterious happenings at the renowned magic school Kimberly. Among the newcomers is Oliver Horn, a seemingly indifferent character whose curiosity is piqued by the presence of a girl adorned in peculiar attire, armed with a traditional Japanese sword.
As the story unfolds, Oliver quickly realizes that Kimberly is not the ordinary magic school it appears to be. Labyrinths, monstrous creatures, and various perilous threats pose a constant danger to the student body. Oliver finds himself entangled in a web of destiny alongside the enigmatic sword-wielding girl as they set out to uncover the hidden truths lurking within the academy’s walls. (Credit- MAL Rewrite)

Reign of the Seven Spellblades Episode 9 Plot
The battle for dominance between the students of the first form continues in this episode, as we have seen two of the expected finalists beat their first opponent. There are plenty of battles left to see, and it is interesting how the show will choose to advance the plot using these short but violent matches. I anticipate some big bad being built up for the heroes to take down in the finale or another Oliver/Nanao showdown.
Reign of the Seven Spellblades Episode 9 Characters
The game started by Rossi is also not one he is going to win, as he appears to have been squashed by not one, but two people simultaneously. It appears that at least two of the four finalists aren’t going to budge, as Oliver and Nanao will both make it there without much of a sweat. It’s Chella and the other contenders to the top of the hill that have a little uncertainty to them, which is a good thing. We haven’t seen Chella fight much, but we do know that she is a strong fighter. It’ll be fun to see her go up against some others.
